I'm an Informatics graduate with hands-on experience in IT operations and technical support. My work includes monitoring server and PostgreSQL performance, investigating incidents, managing database operations, and maintaining technical documentation. I'm interested in continuously strengthening my skills in Linux, databases, and system reliability.

Monitored server health and PostgreSQL performance using Grafana, reviewed logs and slow queries, checked replication lag, supported database administration and incident troubleshooting, and prepared operational reports and technical documentation.
